Disk gone, laptop broken or what's going on?

This morning my laptop crashed, I tried to restart it but it did not work properly. There's always a blackscreen after the manufacturer logo. Since 8 hours is there (see picture) the whole time the same. Is there a way to fix it? (In the serious case then to the professional)

In addition to information:

Bios does not work

Task manager is not working

Safe mode does not work

Usb with windows reinstalling does not work

Etc etc etc…

Jap else had an external HDD, so an internal second external (only games)

Buy new hard drive or SSD. The old one is well.
