Since the last Windows 10 update, the laptop has started, it shows the Windows logo, but then only a blue screen and then goes off completely after about 20 seconds (crashes).
side info, it is also quite full of files.
The only thing I can access is the boot menu thanks to the Windows key which comes when I press it and it starts up again. However, there are no options from starting in Safe Mode or anything else. No matter what keyboard shortcuts I press, it crashes.
Create a Windows 10 USB boot stick from another computer using the Media Creation Tool that can be downloaded from the Microsoft website. It can be used to repair Windows 10. In most cases everything runs again afterwards.
To do this, insert the created stick, switch it on and press F2 immediately. Now you are in the UEFI / BIOS. Put the stick in the first place in the boot order. Then save and exit. Now the stick boots and you can repair Windows 10.
