Laptop freezes / turns itself off?

Once around a month, today it happened to me 3 times! Sometimes it freezes completely and only has to be switched off by pressing the power button for a long time, or it suddenly switches off out of nowhere. What is interesting is that shortly before it was switched off, it no longer displayed any programs or symbols in the task bar below, but only the date and time and the search bar, which is actually always hidden. It is not overheated and I have far fewer programs and tabs open than before…

Simply search at the bottom left, if the system is in German, a report should be generated.

Then choose a day where it happened and take a screenshot with the snipping tool
