My question is whether it is more worth buying a PC or a tablet. The budget is up to around 500 euro / francs. I will need the device mainly for Word, Outlook and for drawing. Must be portable. PC with touchscreen? Is a notebook enough? Please give reasons. Recommendations are also welcome.
Windows, but in tablet form. Should be right for you.
A desktop PC in normal form is rather not portable for university etc
If you want to draw on it i would recommend a tablet. It is significantly cheaper to get a keyboard for a tablet to type in word than a graphic tablet in addition to another device (and when I look at how spongy my touchscreen reacts on the laptop, you probably want a graphic tablet)
If it only works for Office and is meant to do that, you shouldn't need as much power. You also thought that mobility is important. That leaves only a laptop or notebook, however.
Tablet might work too, but I personally don't like Touch at all, so I wouldn't recommend it.
If you don't have to be mobile, I would always recommend a PC. You get for the money because you just get more performance. Of course, if you would need the PC somewhere else, a tablet or notebook would of course be essential.
I can recommend this: https://binorino.com/laptop-notebooks/15-zoll-notebook/9716/hp-15-cw12-notebook-39-6-cm/15-6-zoll-amd-ryzen-7-512-gb-ssd The price-performance ratio is unbeatable with this configuration. Windows 10 Home 64bit is included.
