Boot menu, stick is not displayed why?

Hy have a problem with my notebook. I want to start it on my "Boot Stick" (hard drive) after selecting f12 boot menu and it crashes and starts on the normal start volume

The stick is bootable in any case was installed as a hard drive in another pc

Have a look in the BIOS if there are USB options or if you need to disable secure boot.
