Origin takes money but doesn't give me a game?

I bought Sims 4 from Origin for about 20 euro. But I still can't find the game on my laptop after 2 days and also not in my library. The money was withdrawn and I also sent an e-mail to Origin, but I also got no answer after 2 days.

Go to the game what you wanted to buy, it may say "Download now from Origin". Did you even get a confirmation email from Origin?
