If I were you, I would use headphones with a microphone. If you are already doing this, make sure that the microphone of your headphones and not that of your laptop is selected for the voice input.
And set the microphone gain to 10%.

Quite simply actually. The small opening for the MIC is dirty.
Solution. Pin… Be careful and not go too deep. Move it back and forth a little to clear the opening again.
