I found out today that I'm not being heard in an online meeting. The program was unable to detect a microphone and, accordingly, there were no fluctuations in the emission level during the microphone test. I have installed the latest driver for my microphone and it is activated, I checked it in the device manager. A week ago everything went smoothly.
Maybe this has something to do with the problem:
I was supposed to attend a Cisco Webex meeting last week. When this was over, my laptop showed me a microphone icon in the task bar, which was new to me. It said that Cisco Webex continues to use my microphone even though the program was actually closed. I right-clicked and was given the opportunity to stop using it. Unfortunately, I no longer know the exact wording of this option. After this incident, I have not used the microphone to this day.
I'm using an Acer Swift 3 with the latest update from Windows 10.

The best thing to do is uninstall Webex and reinstall it.
