First of all, I do not know whether the laptop supports 8GB Ram at all, and whether 1333MHz modules belong in there at all.
Want to upgrade the part as the first laptop for someone for cheap a little with ssd etc. It is a Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo Mobile U9210 (version with 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD)
Here is the link to the working memory: btw. I'm not familiar with Ram from frequencies "CL" etc., I have no idea what all this means. But like to learn if someone knows. ^^
It is important that the GDR is correct. If you use several ram bars, they should have the same number of mHz. When it comes to laptops, I don't know my way around like I do on a PC.
Ps. According to the data sheet, an expansion to 8GB should not be a problem. (Say maximum of 2x4gb)
According to the network, DDR3-1066 bars are installed there and a maximum of 8GB of working memory is possible.
In the end, you have to decide whether it makes sense to upgrade the laptop, but I don't think you can get a lot out of it, since the device has already been around for 10 years.
otherwise just buy it, try it & if it doesn't work, you can send it back.
Thanks ^^
Thank you, I will do ^^
With a laptop, it usually doesn't matter how much mhz ram your laptop or cpu supports. I used 8 GB with 2600 MHz and 16 GB with 2400 MHz because these are reduced to 1333 MHz anyway, that doesn't matter how much MHz they have. The mhz may not be higher than your noteook supports.
Your notebook theoretically supports 2600 MHz ram and 32 GB per slot
so you can easily install a 16 gb ram with 2400
but no 64 gb ram and 2400 mhz.
also no 16 gb ram with 2800 mhz
the maximum values must not be exceeded.
