Moin, I can connect from my normal PC to the Minecraft server, now with the laptop on vacation but not more… Does anyone have an idea what this may be?
On which Minecraft server? Do you mean all or one private?

Is one of a friend running on a paid linux server, i'm the only one who can't connect

This is a typical message when the server is offline.
Otherwise, the host is too far away from the server, so it will not be recognized by your location and therefore will not be displayed.
In my opinion, the server is offline or you are unfortunately too far away.
