Does anyone have experience with the online provider TradingShenzhen?

I wanted to get the Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro. But I'm unsure about the mind etc.

Does anyone have experience with the provider?

Not with the provider, but with the city of Shenzhen, which is a huge industrial area! From there I also often import goods (but no electronics).

However, you should make sure that the built-in power supply works in Germany, otherwise you can still buy an adapter. The operating system will initially not be in German.

In addition, the shipping costs are relatively high and you will still have to declare the item (approx. 21 euro). In addition, you pay 21% VAT on top of the import.

Means: Notebook costs 500 euro. You pay 626 euro + shipping costs (tap 40 euro) - that is 666 euro.

But why 125 euro?

So it's easy, all electronics retailers are based in Shenzhen, Shenzhen is the largest tech city in the world. TradingShenzhen has been on the market for a long time, think about 5 years and if you look at the reviews it is one of the better shops.

Power supply is usually always Chinese, with all suppliers and shops, but TradingShenzhen always includes an adapter. If you don't need it, you can also use your old one, as all are compatible.

Peter is right about import, if you order with DHL there's still VAT. As far as I know it is 19% in Germany and not 21%. It is not a EU country, so VAT is incurred, whether from China, the USA or Switzerland.

But TradingShenzhen offers global priority shipping, like almost all China shops, so that the costs are transferred to you and there are no import costs for you, but it takes about 2 weeks.
