16 GB Ram to avoid bottlenecks. Depending on what you want to run everything at the same time, the budget solution would be 8. Do not want to play AAA games.
Graphics card: Depending on how the programs integrate the graphics card I would already get a beginner gaming card with 2-4 Gb Vram.
In principle, you need a usable gaming notebook.
Depending on which plugins you may want to use, you should first look at Adobe, which graphics cards are supported. It definitely has to be a dedicated one here. And at Adobe synonymous Nvidia rather than AMD.
If you want to render, it should be something stronger (i7, 6-core, etc.)
