Broken my laptop?

I wanted to give my old laptop to a relative I haven't used it for a year I started and reset it a few months ago since it always comes when I start:

As you can read there you apparently identified the PC in the update. This doesn't have to be your fault, it could also be due to the reset or something else. If you have already reset the computer, I would delete the hard drive completely and reinstall Windows

Make a Win10 bootable USB stick and reinstall Win10.
