Laptop loads other programs?

Today i installed programs on the internet

with this installation several things were installed for me

such as avast or opera browser (I didn't want that at all)

my anti virus system indicates that any ip addresses want to penetrate my network

is that some kind of virus?
should i reset my laptop?

Wouldn't trust the messages and would reset the system to a restore point.

I would be interested in what you wanted to download there. With dubious programs, annoying adware comes with it, which is not really dangerous but can be very annoying. I recommend the Malwarebytes program to clean up.

The messages are probably coming from you, adware trying to scare you. Just ignore and clean up.

Since you have Windows 10 as your operating system, I would recommend you to uninstall all activated programs. Because they cause a lot of confusion. And mostly they boil down to forcing you to buy something. Uses Windows' own virus scan. Which is called Windows Defender. And is already installed. It's completely free. And achieves the best virus scans. In normal cases, Windows Defender also quarantines malicious files.
