I then bought two USB sticks for faster data transfer between PC and notebook, also from Saturn. So a San Disk Usb3 with 32GB there were such pre-defined sandisk things and a word document from me. Suddenly my notebook keeps crashing. I do not know if it is because of the usb sticks but that was never before

Bring the device back, it's not worth the money.
