Laptop hung up, what to do now?

My laptop hung up about 30 minutes ago and I was just preparing an important PP presentation. Of course I didn't save…

Can I still save her?

a step by step guide would be helpful.

(I'm not very familiar with computers, so please do not use technical terms or the like 😅)

If you have not saved and the PC has crashed then the presentation is gone, the save function is not without reason.

I googled and typing certain letters in the command prompt can help… However, I don't know how to open the command prompt.

It is nothing more than the CMD. But even with this you can't save anything because things that have not been saved no longer exist on the computer.
