Fingerprint sensor from the Thinkpad does not work anymore?

So I've been about half a year, the Lenovo Thinkpad L390 Yoga and was so far very happy with the performance and otherwise, but at some point, the fingerprint sensor started rumzuspinnen and does not notice when a finger on it. When reinstalling windows hello fingerprint I've then seen clearly, before it went great. Shortly before I had a windows update made everything quite normal, this time was just synonymous with something with bios Vllt it is because it knows net but in any case, the driver is up to date. Hope there's a solution.

Have you ever tried to clean everything thoroughly?
