Lenovo Thinkpad fingerprint sensor broken?

I bought a Lenovo Thinkpad L390 Yoga. After 2 months of use, the fingerprint sensor stopped working. I found out on the internet that this is due to Windows 10 and not the sensor itself. When I press fingerprinting I get my finger on it but it doesn't recognize my finger. What should I do now to make it work again?

I also have a laptop with win 10 on it and sometimes have the dropouts of my fingerprint sensor, it is also because I'm in the betabuild in the ring and because a version does not support this properly. Always solve it like this: that I start the laptop in the boot menu then press the f10 key to open the BIOS settings or Esc if supported (which key is on the bottom left) and must switch to "Advanced" above to change the settings " options for integrated devices ". When I scroll through to find the fingerprint sensor, the default should show a check which means that it is activated, take it out then go to the main top to save the settings and then exit. Repeat this when I completely restarted my laptop after saving to reactivate the sensor.
