Cyberport order status changes?

On June 20, I ordered a notebook from Lenovo from Cyberport

It was a pre-order and it was so that it was available from July 9th, 2020. However, it had changed to availability for an indefinite period, then it was July 10th, July 16th and now July 17th.

I received an email on July 9th, which states that the part would be available on July 10th, otherwise no further emails were received. It is also very strange that today the money was only debited. I paid with Amazon Pay and received the email FROM Amazon today that the payment was collected today?

Can it be that Cyberport, like Amazon, only collects the money when it has been dispatched? When the status is ordered: in progress.

As I currently understand it is the pre-orders VLLT. Already there but if you want to buy it now, the next load will only come on July 17th? Or do I get it wrong?

Due to Corna, almost all deliveries from China were extended by several weeks at the end of May for logistical reasons, unfortunately I can't say more.

Normally, the supplier only debits when the delivery has been made beforehand.
