Why is there no picture on my monitor?

Here are some dates:

Laptop: Lenovo ThinkPad T430

Monitor: HP 27f 4k

my laptop has no HDMI input / output only VGA, USB and MiniDisplayPort.

The monitor has 2x HDMI and 1x DisplayPort inputs

The screen is recognized in the display settings on the laptop. However, only a black image appears on the monitor and it says "No input signal found. Check the video cable and the video source." Tried everything on the monitor input signal control.

I've tried everything possible, from MiniDisplayPort (laptop input) to DisplayPort adapter (plugged into the laptop) with a DisplayPort cable in the monitor first.

Next, from the laptop VGA cable to VGA-HDMI adapter in the monitor.

Nothing helps, always the same message. I should check the video cable and the video source.

Can someone help me or tell me why?
