So, I have now bought a new computer.
I then connected my previous monitor as before but then only the info signal cable comes.
If I take the cable out of the PC and plug it into our laptop, the picture comes immediately and it shows the picture.
There's also analog. There's always digital on the computer.
We just switched to the car source and then switched the monitor between analog and digital, but there was simply no picture. It can't be on the monitor.
And as I said, the calculator is completely new.
Hope to find help here, I'm really at a loss as to why.
The resolution is set too high, I would say
Maybe the output of your GPU on the computer is defective (have you tried all ports?)
Or your resolution is too high.
Which PC? (When bought on the Internet the easiest link to the product)
Which monitor?
With which cable?
Then you get the picture in the BIOS and only from Windows does the screen go out.
That is usually true of the monitor. Already with the graphics card.
I would add another where. Where did you connect the monitor to the PC?
I would have asked accordingly if there were several options on the PC.
First of all, it would be good to know what monitor and what cables you are using. Does your new PC contain a dedicated graphics card or just an integrated graphics unit?
Maybe in the wrong connection on the PC.
If you have a graphics card then insert it there and not on the mainboard.
So it's a Samsung SyncMaster B2430.
There's once an onBoard graphics card, to which I connected the monitor with a VGA cable, as before.
There's no VGA port on the additional graphics card, only an HDMI, but the monitor does not have this.

That does not work like this.
You will probably have to activate the iGPU on the mainboard.
To do this, you have to remove the graphics card and then go to the BIOS.
Otherwise buy a DVI-HDMI adapter, so you can use your additional graphics card.
Ok then I'll have a look. I already got this hint from somewhere else. Help me ever.
But is an adapter sufficient or does it have to be a digital-analog converter, did he add that?
Your monitor has DVI. So no, you do not need an active converter (converter) from HDMI to DVI
But then I would have to have a dvi cable too… At the moment I only have the vga cable
It's been dealt with. Then an HDMI cable is enough because I put the adapter in DVI on the monitor
Is it a Ryzen CPU?
Yes, that's right.
This is usually not possible, the monitor must be connected to the dedicated graphics card.
What monitor do you have?
And the rest of the questions would be good too.
