Webcam in full screen mode?

I own a Logitech c170 webcam and a lenovo laptop. I would like to have the image of the webcam appear in full screen mode. At the moment you can see the picture of the camera only on a part of the screen. In the end I would like to beam the image via a beamer to the wall and there it would be great if it was to be seen in full screen and not parts of the computer screen are still dame to see. I hope my problem is reasonably understandable.
