Mouse jumps, hangs, jerks and stutters. What to do?

I've had that for ages, and I do not know how to fix it. This occurs in 90% of games. I used to have a Lenovo mouse with cable, today I have a rapoo mouse with no cable (model M10). All mice seem to have this bug, so I think it's up to my laptop or something. I have windows 10 and use the preinstalled mouse driver. I checked the Device Manager and told myself that the HID-compliant mouse is up-to-date. I have also checked that there are no dust grains in the connections and have all cleaned, but nothing changes. That's why, please help me, before I throw out my laptop because it annoys me.

Laptop data: HP Envy, i7 Core i7, NVIDIA Geforce GTX.

That's all I know about my laptop because it was given to me again.

Maybe you just do not have enough FPS and this gives you the feeling that the mouse is lying.

The video card is crucial for FPS's and the information is not good enough.

There are very bad to very good graphics cards from nvidia

Maybe the sensor of the mouse is dirty / etc?

What kind of mousepad do you use? Is it reflective or metallic (shiny)?

In the worst case even with 3D image.

They always cause problems

Mouse sensor clean

It does not lie on the fps, everything runs smoothly on the mouse

It has a picture, but no 3d. It's not metallic and it does not shine

The problem I had on my mini-PC too. There's interference between your mouse and the receiver! Try to plug the receiver into another USB port. Just try it all out.

Otherwise, you could just try other surfaces.

This is a 10 euro mouse from China, have you ever tried a decent with a decent mouse pad?
