Lenovo ThinkPad E570 buttons replace?

Hi! I have the problem that the keys on my Lenovo ThinkPad E570 keyboard have come off with three keys. The brackets are broken and the buttons no longer hold.

The question now is: Can I replace them and if so, where can I get the replacement keys?

I've already looked on Ebay and Amazon. I didn't find anything on Amazon, buttons on Ebay, but not for my specific model. Only those for e.g. The Lenovo ThinkPad x240 etc.

So I ask myself: would these keys also work for my keyboard? Does Lenovo always use the same keyboards for their ThinkPads?

I would be happy to receive help and clarification!

I think the keys will fit: they are not exactly the same, but because the basic shape (left, top, right straight and bottom curved) is the same, the keys from the x240 should fit the E570.

If they can be bought cheaply, then I would try it out on your behalf, because dealers only sell entire keyboards that cost 70-120 euro for this model:

Go to this Lenovo site and enter your device: https://support.lenovo.com/...artslookup
In the result list you can filter on keyboards at the top left and then you only have to select the correct country and you will get an article number. (e.g. 01AX132)
You enter this into Google and then get a few dealers (mostly eBay) who sell it.
