I have the following problem.
I bought a new SSD and wanted to install the old HDD in the laptop. I do not know much about it, so I explored a YouTube video that was, in fact, very well explained.
Have everything from my HDD using the software "Partition Wizard" cloned to the SSD. After cloning, the computer drove up normally and then I turned it off, replaced the hard drive and turned it on again. Nothing. After the Lenovo logo, the screen remains black.
Have then re-entered the HDD, works fine.
Have it back in the SSD and have put the boot priority in the BIOS on the SSD. It still does not work, and now I'm finished with my Latin.
Create an installation medium with the old HDD and install your operating system clean on the SSD - without cloning…
Should I delete everything from the SSD with Partition Wizard?
You do not have to, you can do during the installation process
