I bought a new laptop that included Windows 10 Pro. The laptop is the Lenovo V340-17IWL. When I started the laptops I got Endless OS 3 instead of Windows 10 pro. In a letter it says that I don't need a DVD or a USB stick to install Windows 10 pro on my laptop, which I don't even have. Of course, I immediately tried to install it, but I never succeeded. When watching several videos and reading various articles, I could only find that they all say the same thing. You need a DVD / CD or a USB stick to install Windows. However, since I don't have it, I don't know what to do to install Windows 10 pro.

Your laptop should contain a second partition (recovery) where the Windows is in.
With a new device, it should boot directly from there.
Otherwise change the boot order to the recovery partition.
Do you have a USB stick and a USB port?

You then have to make sure that your UEFI stops booting from the USB stick.
Of course, you need another PC to create the USB stick.
