Software problem with my Lenovo laptop?

I recently did a Windows update and then nothing worked. Now every time I start the laptop, a blue screen appears on which the following is written: "your pc needs to be repaired" - error code 0xc0000185 "(according to the picture below). Does anyone of you have an idea to repair the laptop without that I have to send it in for somehow 5 weeks or so?
