I have a huge problem. I should install my grandma Win10 on her Lenovo Z50-75 (with Win8) (Win7 has been installed before). Has everything worked, however, after the first reboot a screen came from Win7: "Shutdown" after turning it back on, the Lenovo logo appears, a dash flashes briefly and then it stays a while black until it turns off again.
I need help fast and urgently, otherwise I'm crazy
