You can't quite compare that, because they are completely different devices.
One is a MacBook with MacOC as the operating system and the other a Windows Convertible. Just depends on what you want to do with it.
I would make that dependent on the field of application. What happens if? Are there any other Apple devices in the household?
As an alternative Dell:
