Where can I find suitable replacement keys / hinges for my laptop keyboard?

Today I removed some keys on my laptop (Lenovo Yoga 920-13IKB) for cleaning and unfortunately a hinge broke.

I have not found the right spare parts on the internet. Where can I get such hinges?

Have exchanged the entire keyboard of my Lenovo G710.

The is fixed with 3 screws so relatively easy to swap
