If only one DDR3 SODIMM slot is currently occupied, a second DDR3 SODIMM module is sufficient.
Yes I have acute problems with the RAM, as soon as I only have two or three tabs open on Chrome, the RAM is overloaded
The Lenovo G50-70 is delivered with 4GB RAM as standard. So if you want to have a total of 8GB you just have to buy another 4GB module. Your notebook even supports a maximum of 16GB in 2 slots, should you still want a little more RAM.
