Laptop compatible with blender / fusion360?

I have a Lenovo L340, with a Ryzen7 3700u processor and radeon vega mobile gfx 2300 MHz 4 cores, 8 logical processors, is that enough to create and slice with fusion 360 / blender and then cura 3d models for 3d printing?

This should run smoothly as long as you don't create super complex models with an extremely large number of components.
