Upgrade Lenovo Ideapad L340 to 16GB RAM?

I wanted to upgrade my laptop from 8 GB of RAM to 16 GB. I have a Lenovo Ideapad (detailed link below). Unfortunately, I don't know that much about upgrading and the hardware of a PC in general, so I wanted to ask here. I know, however, that my PC has a slot for a Ram bar and can have a maximum of 16GB of it. I would appreciate a link to a suitable 16GB Ram bar or some tips.
