Returning a laptop to amazon (due to Windows 10 license agreement)?

I bought a laptop from amazon that arrived today. But I also bought a second other product (not from amazon) and wanted to test both. Then send back the one I like better. With a very high probability, however, it is this one that arrived today that I'm sending back. I would like to know if I can still send it back after using it for a few days. Because I have to accept the Windows 10 license agreement before using it and then probably agree to a few other things. Can I still just return the laptop afterwards? Of course, within the return period?
