I found the perfect laptop for me. The razer blade stealth 13. The 4K graphics version. On this I would have 2 years warranty. But the company is in the USA. Is it worth it to buy this? If he overheats, will I get the guarantee and would it be worth bringing it to the US for repair?
Do you know any traders who sell this laptop (the 4K version) in Austria and / or guarantee it?

Just because Razer has its headquarters in America does not mean it's responsible for customer service around the world. For example, Razer also has employees in Germany, who will handle warranty cases for German (and I would expect Austrian) customers.
Razer has a dealer locator on the website:

Austria is at the bottom of the drop-down menu. If you buy it in a store, you can usually bring it back there if there are problems. That the laptop overheated is unlikely, after all, is not a MacBook after all. The Razer laptops usually have pretty good cooling systems.
If the electronics shop in your area does not have the device, you can usually order it if you call an employee of the store.
With the money you can build a PC with a loose M.2 SSD + 2/4 TB HDD.
Thank you. But what happens if I order on the official razer page?
Then you turn in the warranty case to the German support and you have to send in the device.
