I have a pretty bad leptop but can still play minecraft with optifine on it. When I have optifine on, it runs smoother (60-80 fps) what is the best optifine version for bad pcs / laptops? Does anyone know? And what can I do to make it run more smoothly? Lg
I would say the 1.8.9
Install the Minecraft Mod, Sodium ". It is much stronger than OptiFine and is also compatible with 1.16. I didn't believe it until I tried it myself. The FPS shoot up enormously
Actually all versions up to 1.8.x. You can also install https://fabricmc.net/use/ for the 1.16 and then pack https://www.curseforge.com/...s/phosphor, https://www.curseforge.com/...ds/lithium, https://www.curseforge.com/...ods/sodium, https://www.curseforge.com/...gical-zoom and https://www.curseforge.com/...amiclights in the mods folder. Then you have the same functions as with OptiFine and the whole thing is even better than OptiFine.
