XBOX Internet problem?

Have an XBOX one and an A1 Cube

so far so good but the xbox is connected but constantly it almost kicks me from the internet even though i'm connected to the cube and everything else works like surfing with a cell phone or laptop

it is definitely not due to the NAT type that is OPEN
