Use Whatsapp on PC number from cell phone?

Is it possible to write on the PC with my Whatsapp number that I have on my mobile phone? Is linked through the Google account. So I don't have my cell phone with me and I would like to use my Whatsapp number on my laptop

Either via WhatsApp Web or YourSmartphone from Microsoft.

You only have to scan once, after which the cell phone can be in another room.

The mobile phone must of course be permanently connected to the WLAN.
