I bought a notebook from Saturn for 2650 euro. It should be a gift for someone. Now it is the wrong notebook and it is still packed. Can I give it back?

You can try it. You have no legal claim to the return. But it's worth a try. Often the shops also take back locally purchased goods. However, this is only done as a goodwill gesture or for reasons of service / competition because online retailers may have to take back goods for 14 days. The local dealer is unfortunately competing with that.
This shouldn't be a problem within 14 days. Saturn advertises that goods can be returned within 14 days:
