On my laptop, as well as on my phone, I get the full 30k down & 15k upload. When I do the test on my PC, the values vary extremely. I have 10k times, I have 1k times. Why is that?
Because apparently the connection, so the location of the PC for receiving the WLAN signal is too unfavorable.
A remedy is to convert the PC via an external antenna or, if not possible, a USB stick connected to a USB cable.
It may also be that at the PC's site a neighbor WLAN is broadcasting on the same channel and is stronger.
To name just a few possible causes.
You do not have a bad internet.
If you want to solve network problems yourself, you should at least be able to distinguish LAN and WAN (Internet). Otherwise that will not work.
It's up to your laptop or the (W) LAN connection of your laptop.
