What should I wish for my birthday?

It's my birthday at the beginning of November and I don't know what to wish for.

So my big wish would be to improve my setup etc. And buy new games. So I play on a laptop.

Would anyone have good things to improve on the setup and would like to have other suggestions? I'm looking forward to it!
