Ryzen 5 3500u limited to 44fps?

I have a laptop with the APU Ryzen 5 3500u (Vega 8). The problem is that I only have 44FPS in all games, even if it has to be more. I already tried to change it in the driver settings but it didn't work.

Can this be fixed so that I can get 100% performance out of it?
