Macbook Pro faulty with Power Point | Laptop alternative?

Maybe someone can help me with my question. For my training, I need a laptop with an office, i.e. All the stuff like Excel and Power Point.

Since I like to edit videos, I thought I would invest a little more money in technology. So now I'm not sure if I should really get a Macbook Pro. Because I've seen several Macbook owners have problems with Power Point.

For example, the bus letters were displayed strangely, shifted or in a completely different font. Does anyone know about it and could fix the problem with any settings? Would not like to pay so much money if everything is not right sten Otherwise, what other laptops could you recommend me that can be used for video editing?

If you buy a mac you can also install Windows via BOOTCAMP if you want, but if you buy Windows you can't install Mac OS

You generally have such problems when files are opened on other computers, especially if the fonts that were used are not installed there…
