I do not know if I should rather get a Macbook or a laptop from Windows or another brand.

Now my question is whether there are the games that are available for laptops and Macbooks.

For example, I would like to get Zoo Planet which will come out soon. Is this for Macbooks? Or is there Zoo Tycoon Ultimate for the Macbook? Because actually I would prefer a Macbool.

Please do not write about prices.

ba

This definitely works ^^

Ja

I use Macbook for video cut more in my opinion, it is not useful to gamble, there are good laptops or PC's of

HP or Acer (Extreme Gambling)

As the main device, I'm currently using a Lenovo ThinkPad x1 carbon and the truck simulator is running smoothly

Cu

Not every game released for Windows is also available for macOS. If in doubt, check the websites of the manufacturers.

ga

From HP or Acer😆😂

In which world do you live?! It is worth much more to build a PC from individual parts or to let build.

Ja

HP omen or Acer predator

ga

Yes, if you want to spend 2000 euro for a PC worth only 1300 euro

Ec

If you want to play games, then do not get a Mac… They hardly support games, and they also have a really bad performance

Ec

Build yourself a laptop together.

Ec

Not

Ja

I may not have the coal, so no jealousy

ga

I agree with you. Apple is the last snoop in gaming.

ba

That was irony… Nobody should try to play on a Mac…

ga

So if you think you have to throw out the money unnecessarily just because you have money, then you're really not a lamp.

I do not need to be jealous, because when you live in Germany to 95% lead a higher standard of living like you. But that is also unimportant. It is important that you have something in your head. By your statement, you could not convince me of it. 😉

Ja

A "higher standard of living"? I think you can't boost a Bentley and two Porsches in the garage

ga

How old are you if I may ask?

Ja

I do not think my age "does" anything here

ga

After reading your questions and answers, I think you're just an impostor. The whole talk of Bentley and Porsche in the garage is obviously a badly disguised lie. If you have not just won the lottery. Had your parents certainly invested in your education.

I do not want to say that you are stupid, on the contrary!

As mentioned above I looked at your profile. There you were quite curious. But then you would certainly have reached the university entrance qualification and would not ask if people could call you a job where you earn so much that you can afford a nice sports car and a house (with a secondary school certificate).

In addition, you can outbid a Bentley and two Porsche.

Ja

Well, you can call me what you want, I asked that question because at that point, I had not decided if I would go into my father's company.

However, I find our conversation extremely amusing, so I'll add something else: They say "Besides, you can outbid a Bentley and two Porsche", but it's not clear that they can outdo it and before they can't do it, they should be foolhardy Curb the mouth.

ga

You want to get into the company of your father. Did you even do any training? Are you doing the university entrance qualification now and want to study? I sincerely feel sorry for all the employees of the company, since the company under your leadership, if you have only a secondary school diploma determined at some point will be insolvent.

In principle: Yes.

As you can also run Windows on the Mac, so you can also use it as a "PC" in this sense, you can, of course, also play any game available for Windows.

However, of course, as with PCs from other manufacturers, the prerequisite is that the built-in hardware is powerful enough for the particular game.

For many more sophisticated current titles, e.g. A 15 "MacBook Pro with a powerful dedicated AMD graphics chip will be needed, or for the 13" MacBook Pro an external graphics solution, e.g. A supported desktop graphics card in a Thunderbolt-connected PCIe chassis.

For example, I would like to get Zoo Planet which will come out soon. Is this for Macbooks? Or is there Zoo Tycoon Ultimate for the Macbook?

So far Zoo Planet is only announced for Windows. Also Zoo Tycoon Ultimate is in contrast to earlier titles of the series m.W. Not for macOS appeared. Of course, that does not stop you from playing these Mac games on Windows.

Currently Planet Zoo is still under development, but there are already provisional hardware requirements that can still change. On the graphics side, these are set relatively high, so that they are only reliably fulfilled by the 15 "model with Radeon Pro Vega 16 or 20, possibly also with Radeon Pro 560X, but in no case by the 13" model. How seriously the official requirements are to be taken, however, is different from game to game, so that only after release of Planet Zoo will be able to really judge, with which hardware it is as well playable - there will probably quite fast gameplay videos with various GPUs emerge, so you can get a picture of the performance.

Zoo Tycoon Ultimate is more moderate in terms of requirements and is expected to run smoothly on all 15 "models from 2016 onwards - possibly on the newer 13" models as well, but that's where the test should be.

I do not know if I should rather get a Macbook or a laptop from Windows or another brand.

Because actually I would prefer a Macbool.

If you're mainly into gambling, a MacBook does not make much sense. In general, a laptop would not be optimal because, in contrast to desktop computers, there's basically a conflict of interest between performance and mobility.

So: What do you want to use the device especially? How important are the games and what are your demands on the performance? What is your budget?

I want to use it mainly for gambling

Is he good? Lenovo SSD Gaming (15.6 inch HD) notebook (Intel Core i5 7200U, 8GB DDR4, 256GB SSD, Intel HD Graphics 620, HDMI, Windows 10)

Is he good? Lenovo SSD Gaming (15.6 inch HD) notebook (Intel Core i5 7200U, 8GB DDR4, 256GB SSD, Intel HD Graphics 620, HDMI, Windows 10)

The part is about as powerful as a MacBook Air… Even a 13 "MacBook Pro is much stronger, especially on the graphics side.

The Intel HD 620 is absolutely unsuitable for more demanding games, Planet Zoo or Zoo Tycoon Ultimate are thus m.E. Not even worth a try.

The device does not have Thunderbolt, so the external connection of a more powerful graphics unit is also eliminated.

In that sense, it is quite absurd for me that it is marketed as a "gaming laptop"…

Even otherwise, this is not exactly a great notebook, relatively thick and heavy despite modest battery life, the screen resolution of 1366x768 at this size (about 15 ") rather an impertinence, but what do you expect new for 499 euro already.

But as I said before, if you're mainly gambling, laptops are generally not ideal. There are certainly "gaming laptops" that deserve this label rather than this, but such are generally quite expensive and still do not shine in terms of weight, thickness, battery life.
