Moin to all Apple users / Mac owners, I have a MacBook Pro and I'm a committed Apple "fan". I mainly use my MacBook Pro 13 inch for my studies and I use it every day. I currently use a sleeve (laptop bag) but no case to clip on.
I was once in the Apple Store because my nice dude told me that it would be better not to use one, because mini-particles could get under the plastic case and then scratch the housing and that the cooling is affected.
Without a case, it still feels very unprotected on a table outside. For cell phone, iPad etc. I also use covers: -D
Have you already had long-term experiences? Somehow, one or the other scratch, mark or feature is also part of electronic devices that you use every day and don't put in the showcase. I'm not sure.
I don't have a case, but I can recommend slick wraps, I don't have it myself, use my MacBook Pro 15 unprotected. Know a few people who think that's pretty good…
So I used a case and everything works fine for me
