Maya Icon on Mac did not appear when installing?

I have a MacBook Air 2017 (previously I only had one windows notebook at the moment of boarding the system)

I've just loaded Maya on it and it was also successfully installed only the icon did not appear on the desktop (in other Autodesk programs already). When I look at my memory, it really seems like something has come up. Maybe someone can give me advice where the. Exe may have been saved? When I search my folders only the installation .exe appears.
