I'm walking a lot and have a MacBook Pro 15 ", which has a hefty weight and after about a year on the road I now have back or neck problems.
Since many people work independently of location, I would like to have tips for a suitable backpack or a bag. How do you do this? What are you paying attention to? I currently have this backpack here

But I'm open for everything else, as it unfortunately hurts now. For the transition, I now use a bag

But this is not ideal, as it is too heavy to carry for a long time.
Thanks for your tips.
Complement:
If possible, the backpack should have a hip, but at least a chest strap and it should not be a standard hiking backpack. I've got it from Mammut, but that looks modest on a suit:-) Bag is not an option as I walk several miles a day. Not every day, but at least twice a week.
Personally I use the backpack of OnePlus (https://www.oneplus.com/de/product/oneplus-travel-backpack) and can recommend it without problems. He has a separate 15 "laptop compartment, which is not annoying if you do not have a laptop with you. The other fans are synonymous sensibly angeordent. Also I find ersoenlich the look very chic (have the gray orange) Tragekopfor is synonymous top.
I myself have "only" one surface pro for mobile work, but I use a normal military backpack to carry it. 35L pack volume. Since the Surface fits wonderfully into one of the small subdivisions.
Also, my Thinkpad, which I used before times was always transported in the backpack.
I have a bag is great.
