Black / gold bag, honorable for husband or wife?

In short, I recently ordered a new backpack for the university, which is completely black, except for the golden zippers. The reason for this was my laptop, which also has these color patterns and the supplied mouse, also in black / gold.

In the case of the devices that goes through very well with the colors, but the bag looks slightly discreet to woman, as the golden stings pretty much.

My question;
Go Black / Golden Bags i.O. For a guy or that's too blatant direction woman.

Hope you can help me to solve the "dilemma". If in doubt, I just have to replace it, although I like it pretty well, because it fits.
