Robust backpack?

After recently buying my very first backpack with shoulder bag after years because I got bad shoulder pain from the bag, I'm now a little frustrated because the model I have chosen has now broken down for the second time.

I exchanged it once because I hoped it would be a processing error but I don't want to do it again.

The backpack cost 40 euro and I'm not sure if it was just too little money for something decent.

What costs should you plan to get a really durable, good backpack?

I'm looking for something bigger, but not huge either. It should be suitable for everyday use, a few books would have to fit in and a laptop should also be transported from time to time. I would also like to have at least one, more outside pockets for keys, wallet etc. Also inside would be more than one compartment to keep things tidy. If the back is a bit padded and it doesn't sit like a wet sack, it would be good because of my back pain.

From a visual point of view, I find this bike bag look or what you call very appealing, but it is not a must, the main thing is functional. It would also be a shame, because I drag him around every day. I don't really care about the material.

Can someone recommend a brand to me or does anyone else have experience with it? What do I have to spend to find a functional, reasonably good-looking backpack that will last for a few years?

Take a Fjällsrävens kanken… They are processed well and nature-friendly and are actually hiking backpacks = they are processed extra robust… In addition, they are just super pretty and can be worn great in everyday life

I can recommend the Fjallraven Kanken backpacks. There are many different sizes and colors. In addition, they are light but stable and robust with removable seat pads. There are also compartments on the sides for bottles, for example.

The backpacks come in different price ranges, depending on where you buy them, but you can find good cheap ones even on Ebay classifieds.
