Which computer for media informatics?

I'm just graduating and would like to start studying.

Media informatics and AI are the courses of my choice.

So my question would be which laptops are best suited for the respective degree programs or whether a macbook does too.

If someone has already collected helpful information or experience with the degree programs, I would be very grateful if you let me know.

The laptop should be do as cheaply as possible up to 800 euro, if nothing else then 1.200 euro max

MacBook does it too. Most of the software is available for Mac, or there are good alternatives.

Many get a used ThinkPad or surface. But you also get something new in the budget.
